These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 25JL platform, including all games, promotions, account features, and payment services available at 25jl.org. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and play on 25JL, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations. We verify age at registration and may request supporting documents at any time.
Each player is permitted one 25JL account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances forfeited. All accounts must be registered under the player's real legal name and verified identity.
All bonuses on 25JL are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiry periods are stated in each individual promotion's terms.
Withdrawals require a fully verified account (KYC). Funds must be withdrawn to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. 25JL reserves the right to request additional documentation.
Fraud, collusion, use of automated software, exploitation of software errors, and money laundering are strictly prohibited. Violations result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 25JL. By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing a wager on the 25JL platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform.
These Terms are effective as of the date displayed at the top of this page. 25JL reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
To register and use the 25JL platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:
25JL reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Where a player is found to be under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any winnings forfeited. Deposits made by underage players will be returned to the original payment method after deducting any amounts wagered.
To open a 25JL account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if it changes.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active 25JL account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. 25JL uses automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited at 25JL's sole discretion.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any one-time PINs. You must not share your login details with any third party. 25JL will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 25JL support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Before processing any withdrawal, 25JL requires players to complete identity verification. This process may include submission of a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. 25JL reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of verification.
25JL accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods listed on the platform at the time of transaction. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. 25JL does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within 24 hours; actual receipt of funds depends on the payment provider's processing times. 25JL reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.
All transactions on the 25JL platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Where a deposit is made in a different currency, it will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. 25JL is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 25JL reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ₱50 to dormant accounts with a remaining balance, after providing 30 days' written notice to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the dormancy period.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the 25JL platform are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.
Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. Wagering requirements, eligible games, contribution percentages, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), and expiry periods are stated in each promotion's individual terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated period will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived from them.
25JL reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or exploiting errors in bonus calculations. Determinations of bonus abuse are made at 25JL's sole discretion.
The 25JL welcome bonus is available to new players on their first deposit only. One welcome bonus per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method. 25JL reserves the right to modify or withdraw the welcome bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
All games available on the 25JL platform use certified random number generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect the theoretical long-term average return and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game round, 25JL's system logs will be used to determine the outcome. Where a round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the wager will be returned to the player's balance. 25JL is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
Live casino games are subject to the rules of the respective game provider (including Evolution Gaming for EVO Live tables). In the event of a dispute regarding a live game outcome, the game provider's decision is final.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 25JL platform without prior written consent from 25JL. Unauthorised use of 25JL's intellectual property may result in legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 25JL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
25JL's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
25JL does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without prior notice.
25JL collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data privacy legislation, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

25JL reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or via an on-platform notification. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the 25JL platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account by contacting our support team.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
